But after Justin Bieber and his Disney date took to the red carpet together at The Oscars the 17-year-old singer has decided to open up about their romance.
The pop sensation is clearly besotted with the Selena and gushed: ‘She is a really great person and I think she has the best smile in the world.’
Hot Brits: While Justin is loved up he thinks they are a lot of good looking women in the U.K. particularly likes Cheryl Cole Justin opened his heart for an interview with The People and told just how happy he is with the 18-year-old actress, which will, no doubt, break teenage hearts around the world.
The heart-throb said of his girl: ‘She’s hot. Of course every guy likes the girl to be hot, which Selena is.’
But while Justin is clearly impressed by her looks he was quick to state that wasn’t the only thing he likes about her.
Heartbreaker: As he kicked off his tour in Birmingham Justin picked a young girl from the crowd to sing to and presented her with 12 red roses He told the magazine: ‘I like to mess around and pull jokes on people so I like to be around people who make me laugh and share my sense of humour. That’s Selena for sure.’
The gushing sentiments come just days after the pair were pictured indulging in a very public display of affection and were seen kissing and cuddling in a Louis Vuitton boutique.
In fact the loved-up couple could barely keep their hands off each other but managed to break away just long enough for Bieber to buy a few travel bags.

He added: ‘I have always said how hot Cheryl Cole was. If she had been younger I would have asked her out on a date.’

He picked the pretty blonde, who was wearing an I love Justin Bieber t-shirt from the crowd to sing to and presented her with 12 red roses declaring there was now: 'One less lonely British girl.'
