The former Gossip Girl actress nearly brought the streets of New York to a standstill yesterday, as she strutted her stuff in a pair of extreme Gothic boots.
While she has already worn the footwear in question onstage for her rock and roll act Pretty Reckless, she decided to take them out for a morning coffee run.
The singer is in the Big Apple to perform with her band who are currently on their world tour.

But Taylor didn't seem to mind.
Teaming the boots with a leather jacket t-shirt, and a barely-there skirt, she strolled down the street with ease.

But there was however something missing from the her appearance.
This time, Momsen was bared-faced and without her usual gothic make-up.
Instead she donned some sunglasses to hid her paint-free peepers.
In a recent interview with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, Momsen discussed her risqué fashion choices, which have garnered her a lot of criticism.
Stage style: The 17-year-old also wore the boots onstage as she performed with her band Pretty Reckless over the weekend in CanadaWhen asked if she thought she was hyper sexualising herself through her racy clothing, the 17-year-old said: 'Well I love vintage and I loved remaking vintage pieces. So that is where is started.'
'The white corset dress from the tour was a corset from the 1920's that got reworked.'
Momsen's latest New York outing comes after her very successful performance in Montreal, Cananda over the weekend.
The young singer took to the stage to perform an hour long set of songs from her band's newly released album, Light Me Up.
When asked if she could leave Gossip Girl behind her and focus on the band, she claimed that she is grateful to the show for the opportunities it has given her.
I've had such a great time filming the show and they are being very supportive in letting me tour so I'm thankful for that,' she told the blogger.
'I'm going to be touring for the whole year almost so they have been very understanding in allowing me to do that.'
But will she be back next season? 'Possibly,' she responded with a laugh.
